I decided to become a doula after my 3rd pregnancy when I realised how alone I felt although surrounded by the medical staff. I gave birth into water 3 times and I want to lead pregnant women to believing in their natural power to give birth, and to trust their body. I like also to provide a careful ear for all the emotions that might arise during such an important moment in life, and give some keys of understanding. To those who can welcome me at their home, I offer also massages during our one hour meeting. I can help with writing a birth plan, breastfeeding, baby-wearing, baby massage, natural control of fertility, and postpartum diet.
